Culinary Institute of Virginia Celebrates One Year Anniversary
Culinary Institute of Virginia, the School of Culinary Arts at ECPI College of Technology, is celebrating a successful first year of operation. The school, located in Norfolk, Virginia, opened in June of 2006; students began classes in September. It is anticipated that by September 2007, there will be over 200 students enrolled at the Institute. The square footage of the facility has been expanded to accommodate the growth in student population and faculty and staff are looking forward to an exciting second year.

Prior to joining Culinary Institute of Virginia, Ms. Bovani was Campus Director of a Lancaster, PA culinary school where she set up the culinary arts program from its inception.
